After listening to what players want, HEAD has also updated this bag with two new large external accessory pockets – with one on each side – as well as a new external phone pocket that offers quick and easy access. You can carry up to 9 racquets in a bag that has two spacious main compartments, one of which is equipped with CCT+ climate control technology that protects your racquets against extreme temperatures.

The other features include an integrated shoe compartment and an inside zipper accessory pocket. With the backpack carry system, and the top handles, you can choose between putting the TOUR RACQUET BAG L BK over your shoulder or back or carrying it by hand.     2. Can I pick up my order?

    You can pick up your order at our Mississauga, Brampton (Sep-May) and Markham (Oct-Apr) Premier Racquet Club locations. You can choose local pick-up at checkout depending on availability.

    The founder, Karl Hale, operates multiple philanthropic groups that give back to our communities and PRS runs promotions that give back to the causes we care about.

    Since 2022, the PRC Fund has donated over 1,000 racquets, 1,000 pairs of shoes, 5,000 tennis balls, planted 1,000 trees, and awarded 100’s of tennis scholarships to help young players learn, play, and thrive.

    Karl Hale also founded the Helping Hands Jamaica Foundation. Since 2006, HHJF has built 27 new schools across Jamaica, completed 2 restorations projects on HHJF schools, supported over 60 additional projects including hurricane relief, and provided access to education for over 15,000 students in Jamaica.
    4. When can I expect my order?

    All orders are shipped within 2-3 days. We use expedited shipping to get your package delivered as fast as possible. All shipments come with tracking information. If your package has not arrived in a timely manner, please email us at we.care@premierracquetstore.com.
    5. What if something doesn't fit?

    It happens. We encourage everyone to use the apparel sizing charts provided, nevertheless different styles can fit differently. We are pleased to offer 14-day hassle-free returns. Items must be returned within 14 days with tags attached and in the original packaging for a full refund. Items must be in original, unworn condition.
